      • Reservation Time

        We are happy to hold your table for a maximum of 10 minutes, please endeavour to arrive on time as your table will be released to other guests in the event of late arrival after the reservation time.

      • Table Arrangement

        The table will be ready when your party is complete.

      • Dining Time Limit

        There will be a dining time limit on your table. The table will be yours for 90 minutes from the time of your reservation.

      • Reservation Deposit

        A deposit of HK$ is required through bank transfer. Your reservation might be discarded if we are unable to receive your deposit confirmation within 14 days from the submission date of your reservation.

      • Red Packet Gift Card Redemption

      • Meal Voucher Redemption

      • Redemption Exclusion

        Please note that the Red Packet Gift Card and some meal vouchers are not available for redemption on certain dates. We reserve the right to refuse redemption.

      • Window Seat Arrangement

        Mama always said, "The folks love to have a window seat." - Priority will be given to you when we are assigning the window seats. We shall endeavour to honour table requests, however we cannot always guarantee this. The final table arrangement will depend on the situation and availability.

      • Bring your own food & drink

        Bringing your own food is not permitted, with an exception of the cakes that are brought for special occasions.
